With no doubt Sadegh Deroodgar is one of the people who make endless effort to bring the glory days of Steel Azin back and create better results and take the team out of its current crisis
In his interview with steelazin.com the supervisor of the team answered to the following questions:
How is the atmosphere of the team after 23 weeks of (IPL)?
Steel Azin conditions are good we just need more and better empathy, technical effort and using the experience of others especially Ali Parvin. I am certain that we can win the games and reach a better place in the table.
Why the team is now at the bottom of the league's table?
At the beginning of the season when I came to Steel Azin like many others,I imagined great success under the guidance of people likeMr. Hedayat, Kazemi, Asefi, Mirzaei, Vaez Ashtiani and managers as Ajorloo, Sajjadi then Mehrizi and we expected that the team will be in a very good place.
So what have really happened because no one expected that Steel Azin has to fight to stay in (IPL)?
There are so many factors but the most important thing was the number of injured players. If we look at each game at least we have six or seven injured. The coaches never had there full and ready players. The second problem was selecting a team of foreign coaches who could not manage the team properly.
Is there any financial problems?
Not at all. The players have received 40 percent of their contracts at the signing date and took recently another installment. As you know lots of public sector's clubs like Zob Ahan did not pay their players but Mr. Hedayati as a single owner of the only club that belongs to the private sector supports this team.
Did Ali Parvin helped the team ever since he joined it?
Of course he helped the team a lot. I am honored to work with him and increase my experience and I am sure we definitely will get better results in future games.
